That sword looks optimized for executing prisoners rather than for fighting, but if the plan is to behead her they're going to need to take off that collar and the crossed blades behind her shoulders first. Of course, as bloody-minded as orcs are, the preferred method of execution might be to split her in half at the waist instead – nothing in the way down there.
